Shipping policy
At Kettlepop, we want to get your popcorn to you fresh and fast! Here's what you can expect:
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–4 business days, Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday, weekends, or holidays will begin processing the following Monday (or the next available business day after a holiday).
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.
Estimated Delivery Times
- UPS Ground: 3–7 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email]. We'll work with UPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
